Client’s failure to. (i) timely complete and submit to GTT the related GTT Provisioning Document (including, without limitation, the Technical Architecture Document (TAD)) or timely meet GTT’s product deployment requirements as described in the applicable product Client Engagement Guide(s) or other authorizations, or (ii) meet its responsibilities under the MSA, applicable Service Schedule, SOF or another relevant contract document, or (iii) have ready the necessary interconnection facilities and equipment for GTT to deliver a Service or for Client to test and turnup a delivered Service; or
