Common use of Client’s Property Clause in Contracts

Client’s Property. The Consultancy shall take reasonable care of any property belonging to the Client and made available to the Consultancy for the purpose of this Agreement and shall ▇▇▇▇ or otherwise identify the Property as being the property of the Client. Subject to the foregoing, such property shall be at all times at the sole and entire risk of the Client, and the Consultancy shall not be subject to any other liability for it.
