Common use of Client’s Representative Clause in Contracts

Client’s Representative. ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ intends to serve as the Client's professional representative for those services, as defined in this Agreement, and to provide advice and consultation to the Client as a professional. Any opinions of probable project costs, approvals and other decisions made by ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ for the Client are rendered based on experience and qualifications and represent our professional judgment. This Agreement does not create, nor does it intend to create a fiduciary relationship between the parties.
