CLINICIAN QUALIFICATIONS. Agency shall follow its standard certification and credential requirements for its Clinicians. Upon Clinician’s arrival at Client facility, Client will verify the identity and credentials of each Clinician by a visual check of the Clinician’s photo identification and professional license or certification. Client agrees to interview candidates within 48 hours of file submission.
CLINICIAN QUALIFICATIONS. Agency shall follow its standard certification and credential requirements for its staff. Upon staff’s arrival at facility, Facility will verify the identity and credentials of all staff a visual check of the staff’s identification and professional license or certification upon scheduled shift.
CLINICIAN QUALIFICATIONS. BRMMC shall ensure that Clinicians comply with the qualifications set forth below and shall not knowingly allow any Clinician who does not meet such qualifications to provide Medical Services to Patients under this Agreement. (a) Clinicians shall be duly licensed, with no restrictions, to practice within the scope of their licensure in the state where the Included School is located. (b) Clinicians shall maintain professional malpractice liability insurance coverage in the amount of at least One Million Dollars ($1,000,000) per occurrence or claim and Two Million Dollars ($2,000,000) in the annual aggregate. (c) Clinicians shall be in possession of all customary narcotics and controlled substances numbers and licenses, as applicable. (d) Clinicians shall not currently be excluded from participation in any state or federal healthcare program, including, but not limited to Medicare or Medicaid. (e) Clinicians shall not discriminate in the performance of Medical Services on the basis of any Patient’s race, color, creed, national origin, marital status, veteran’s status, sex or sexual orientation.
CLINICIAN QUALIFICATIONS. RJ Mindbody employs highly qualified licensed and provisionally licensed clinicians. You acknowledge that, where not prohibited by license status or state regulation, your session may be conducted by a provisionally licensed professional under the direct active supervision of a fully licensed clinician. If you and your counselor are participating in distance counseling sessions, the counselor will abide by the laws and ethical codes of his/her state of licensure. While a growing base of research has shown that distance counseling services—through various electronic means—can be effective, such services are relatively new in comparison to traditional (in-person) counseling, which has a much longer track record of positive outcomes. Distance counseling may not be appropriate for some clients and for the treatment of some mental health issues.

  • Personnel Qualifications Contractor shall assign properly qualified and experienced personnel to the program contemplated under this Agreement, and Contractor shall use reasonable efforts to retain such personnel on Customer’s program for the duration of such program.

  • Professional Qualifications It shall be a condition of continued professional employment that employees must apply for enrolment in their appropriate professional licensing body by the thirtieth day of continuous service.

  • STAFF QUALIFICATIONS a) CONTRACTOR shall ensure that all individuals employed, contracted, and/or otherwise hired by CONTRACTOR to provide classroom and/or individualized instruction or related services hold a license, certificate, permit, or other document equivalent to that which staff in a public school are required to hold in the service rendered consistent with Education Code section 56366.1(n)(1) and are qualified pursuant to Title 5 of the California Code of Regulations sections 3064 and 3065. b) Only those NPS/A located outside of California that employ staff that hold a current valid credential or license to render special education and related services as required by that state shall be eligible to be certified. NPA/NPS staff shall be required to hold credentials and licenses within the state where they are providing services regardless of where the agency is located. c) When CONTRACTOR is a nonpublic school, NPS, an appropriately qualified person shall serve as curricular and instructional leader, and be able to provide leadership, oversight and professional development. The administrator of the NPS holds or is in the process of obtaining one of the following: (A) An administrative credential granted by an accredited postsecondary educational institution and two years of experience with pupils with disabilities.

  • Foreign Qualifications Each of the Company and its subsidiaries is duly qualified as a foreign entity to transact business and is each in good standing in each jurisdiction in which such qualification is required, whether by reason of the ownership or leasing of property or the conduct of business, except where the failure to be so qualified would not singularly, or in the aggregate, in the reasonable judgment of the Company, be expected to result in a Material Adverse Effect.

  • Contractor Qualifications Contractor warrants that Contractor has the necessary licenses, experience and technical skills to provide services under this Contract.
