CLLI Codes Clause Samples

The CLLI Codes clause defines the use and assignment of Common Language Location Identification (CLLI) codes within the agreement. These codes are standardized identifiers used to specify physical locations of telecommunications equipment, such as central offices or network nodes, ensuring both parties refer to the same sites unambiguously. By incorporating CLLI codes, the clause ensures precise identification of service locations, reducing confusion and facilitating accurate provisioning, maintenance, and billing of telecommunications services.
