Close-out Performance Reports Sample Clauses
The Close-out Performance Reports clause requires the preparation and submission of a final report summarizing the performance and outcomes of a project or contract upon its completion. Typically, this report details whether objectives were met, highlights key achievements, and identifies any issues encountered during the project. By mandating such a report, the clause ensures that all parties have a clear record of project results, facilitating accountability and providing a basis for evaluating overall success or areas for improvement.
