Common use of Close Out Reporting Clause in Contracts

Close Out Reporting. The Subrecipient shall provide a final close-out report after the final expenditure (or return to the County) of each Grant. Such report shall be delivered to the County not later than 60 days following the quarter in which such final expenditure (or return) occurred and shall contain all such items as are reasonably requested by the County or its agents.

Close Out Reporting. The Subrecipient Sub‐recipient shall provide a final close-out close‐out report acceptable to the County after the final expenditure (or return to the County) of each Grant. Such report shall be delivered to the County not later than 60 days or such shorter period as may be required by the state or federal government following the quarter in which such final expenditure (or return) occurred and shall contain all such items as are reasonably requested by the County or its agents.
