CLOSED AND COMPREHENSIVE AGREEMENT. ‌ 3.1. This Agreement encompasses and deals with all matters provided for herein during its operation. The parties to this Agreement agree that there will be no further claims during the operation of this Agreement for its nominal life except where permitted by the Agreement. 3.2. This Agreement replaces The Australian National University Enterprise Agreement 2013 - 2016. 3.3. This Agreement is a closed and comprehensive Agreement and subject to the National Employment Standards. To the extent of any inconsistencies between this Agreement and the National Employment Standards, the National Employment Standards will apply.
CLOSED AND COMPREHENSIVE AGREEMENT. 6.1. This Agreement states the terms and conditions of employment of employees covered by this Agreement, other than terms and conditions applying under relevant Commonwealth laws. 6.2. This Agreement will be supported by policies and guidelines, as implemented and varied from time to time. 6.3. Policies and guidelines are not incorporated into and do not form part of this Agreement. To the extent that there is any inconsistency between policies and guidelines and the terms of this Agreement, the terms of this Agreement will prevail.

The parties to this Agreement agree that there will be no further claims during the operation of this Agreement for its nominal life except where permitted by the Agreement. 6.2 This Agreement supersedes and replaces in its entirety any previous certified agreement covering employment with the University. 6.3 This Agreement operates to the exclusion of and wholly replaces any award (existing or future) of the Australian Industrial Relations Commission and any industrial agreement which may otherwise, but for this clause, apply to those staff whose employment falls within the scope of this Agreement. In particular, the Agreement displaces the following awards, as varied from time to time: • Higher Education General and Salaried Staff (Interim) Award 1989 (HEGSS) The following awards as listed in Schedule 3 of HEGSS: - ANU Administrative, Managerial and Executive Staff (Specific Conditions and Salaries) Award 1982 - The Australian National University Employees (General Conditions of Employment) Award 1980

  • Comprehensive general liability and property damage insurance, insuring against all liability of the Contractor related to this Agreement, with a minimum combined single limit of One Million Dollars ($1,000,000.00) per occurrence, One Million Dollars ($1,000,000) Personal & Advertising Injury, Two Million Dollars ($2,000,000) Products/Completed Operations Aggregate, and Two Million Dollars ($2,000,000) general aggregate;

  • Comprehensive Evaluation The Comprehensive evaluation is a growth-oriented, teacher/evaluator collaborative process that requires teachers to be evaluated on the eight (8) state criteria. A teacher must complete a Comprehensive evaluation once every six (6) years. Subsequent years they will be evaluated on a Focused evaluation, unless they have received a Basic or Unsatisfactory rating on their final comprehensive summative evaluation. Then they shall continue using the Comprehensive evaluation for the following year. All teachers during their provisional status must be on the Comprehensive evaluation.

  • Comprehensive Automobile Liability Insurance for coverage of owned and non-owned and hired vehicles, trailers or semi-trailers designed for travel on public roads, with a minimum, combined single limit of One Million Dollars ($1,000,000) per occurrence for bodily injury, including death, and property damage.

  • Comprehensive General Liability Contractor shall have and maintain comprehensive general liability insurance coverage during the entire term of the Contract, against claims arising out of bodily injury, death, damage to or destruction of the property of others, including loss of use thereof, and including underground, collapse and explosion (XCU) and products and completed operations in an amount not less than five hundred thousand dollars ($500,000.00) each occurrence and one million dollars ($1,000,000.00) in the general aggregate.
