Closed Sites. (1) If a particular site is to be closed, Bargaining Unit member at that site shall be accorded first priority for filling any new or vacant positions at the site or sites in which the pupils at the closing site are being placed. (2) Bargaining Unit members for the closed site shall also be accorded first priority in filling all vacancies that arise for which they have an appropriate credential.
