Common use of Closing Agent Clause in Contracts

Closing Agent. The parties hereby appoint W▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇, attorney for the Buyer, as Closing Agent to receive, deposit and distribute funds for the parties and acknowledge that Closing Agent shall prepare and obtain execution of all closing documents and instruments evidencing the terms and conditions of this transaction, as are required for the closing, conduct the closing, and provide for recording of the documents.
