Common use of Closing Covenant Clause in Contracts

Closing Covenant. On the Closing Date, if the conditions set forth in Section 9.1 have been satisfied, and if this Agreement has not been terminated pursuant to Section 12, Buyer shall purchase the Assets from Seller as provided in Section 2 and shall make the deliveries provided in Section 10.3.

Closing Covenant.
