Common use of Closing Date and Place Clause in Contracts

Closing Date and Place. The closing of the transactions contemplated by this Agreement shall be held on or before July 8, 2010 (the “Closing Date”), at the offices of Sellers at Samson Plaza, Two West Second Street, Tulsa, Oklahoma 74103 or at such other place as the parties mutually agree (the “Closing”).

In the event any of the conditions set forth in Article 10 are not satisfied or waived prior to the Closing Date, Buyer and Seller may extend the Closing Date by mutual written agreement.
