Closing Date Mortgages; Closing Date Mortgage Policies; Etc. Administrative Agent shall have received from Company and each applicable Subsidiary Guarantor:

(i) Closing Date Mortgages. Fully executed and notarized Mortgages (each a "CLOSING DATE MORTGAGE" and, collectively, the "CLOSING DATE MORTGAGES"), duly recorded in all appropriate places in all applicable jurisdictions, encumbering each fee or leasehold Real Property Asset listed in Schedule 4.1G annexed hereto (each of the foregoing a "CLOSING DATE MORTGAGED PROPERTY" and, collectively, the "CLOSING DATE MORTGAGED PROPERTIES");

Closing Date Mortgages; Closing Date Mortgage Policies; Etc. To the extent the Company or any Subsidiary Guarantor owns any Real Property Asset, Administrative Agent shall have received from Company and each applicable Subsidiary Guarantor:
Closing Date Mortgages; Closing Date Mortgage Policies; Etc. On or before the Closing Date, Administrative Agent shall have received from Company and each applicable Subsidiary Guarantor:
(i) Closing Date Mortgages. Fully executed and notarized Mortgages listed on Schedule 4.1H annexed hereto (each a “Closing Date Mortgage” and, collectively, the “Closing Date Mortgages”), either with evidence of recordation or, if not recorded, in proper form for recording in all appropriate places, in all applicable jurisdictions, encumbering each Real Property Asset listed on Schedule 4.1H annexed hereto (each a “Closing Date Mortgaged Property” and collectively, the “Closing Date Mortgaged Properties”);

(i) Closing Date Mortgages. Fully executed and notarized Mortgages (each a "CLOSING DATE MORTGAGE" and, collectively, the "CLOSING DATE MORTGAGES"), in proper form for recording in all appropriate places in all applicable jurisdictions, encumbering each Real Property Asset listed in Schedule 4.1K annexed hereto and identified as being subject to a Closing Date Mortgage (each a "CLOSING DATE MORTGAGED PROPERTY" and, collectively, the "CLOSING DATE MORTGAGED PROPERTIES");
Closing Date Mortgages; Closing Date Mortgage Policies; Etc. Collateral Agent shall have received from each applicable Borrower:
(i) Closing Date Mortgages. Fully executed and notarized Mortgages (each a "CLOSING DATE MORTGAGE" and, collectively, the "CLOSING DATE MORTGAGES"), in proper form for recording in all appropriate places in all applicable jurisdictions, encumbering each Real Property Asset listed in Schedule 4.1N annexed hereto (each a "CLOSING DATE MORTGAGED PROPERTY" and, collectively, the "CLOSING DATE MORTGAGED PROPERTIES" (it being understood and agreed that (a) no Leasehold Property that is not a Material Leasehold Property shall be required to be a Closing Date Mortgaged Property, and (b) no Real Property Asset the pledge of which would constitute a material violation of (1) a valid and enforceable Contractual Obligation in favor of or for the benefit of a Person other than Company or any of its Subsidiaries and their respective Affiliates for which the required consents have not been obtained or (2) applicable law affecting the Borrower holding such Real Property Asset, shall be required to be a Closing Date Mortgaged Property));
