Closing Deadline. Buyer and Seller hereby agree that subclause b) of clause i) of Section 2.4.1 of the Purchase Agreement is hereby amended to delete the words “ninety (90) days after the Approval Date” and replace them with “sixty (60) days after the Approval Date”.
