Common use of Closing Fee Clause in Contracts

Closing Fee. The Borrower shall pay to Lender a closing fee equal to 0.20% of the Commitment. The Closing Fee shall be due and payable on the Closing Date.

Closing Fee. The Borrower shall pay to Lender a closing fee equal to 0.20% of $243,750 (the Commitment. The “Closing Fee shall be due and payable Fee”) on or before the Closing Date, it being acknowledged that Borrower has paid $24,375 of this amount prior to the date hereof.
