Common use of Closure Due to Suspicious Activity Clause in Contracts

Closure Due to Suspicious Activity. We may close your Savings Account if we suspect illicit, fraudulent or suspicious activity on any of your accounts with us that are serviced by Netspend. If we close your Savings Account or any of your other accounts with us that are serviced by Netspend under these circumstances, the remaining funds in your Savings Account will be automatically transferred to your linked Brink’s Money Account, and your Brink’s Money Account will be closed. Under these circumstances, interest that might have been payable on your Savings Account at the end of the next quarterly period may be forfeited.
