Common use of CMPA Clause in Contracts

CMPA. All Residents will be required to maintain Canadian Medical Protective Association ( CMPA) coverage. Effective July 1, 2023, Residents will be reimbursed by the Employer for the cost of CMPA dues. In the event that CMPA coverage is not available due to the Resident taking an assignment outside of Canada or any other reason, the Resident is required to maintain alternative equivalent coverage at the Resident’s expense.
