If the company performs work that comes under the National Code of Practice for the Construction Industry and Guidelines (“Code”), and the company is officially advised that a term or terms this agreement do not comply with the Code, under this agreement, if the parties agree, the term or terms that do not comply with the Code may, for an agreed period, be rendered void.
