Common use of Code of Business Conduct Clause in Contracts

Code of Business Conduct. Supplier agrees to supply each of its employees and subcontractors supplying Goods and/or performing Services with a copy of the Company’s then-current: (i) Code of Business Conduct Policy and; (ii) Responsible Sourcing Guidelines Policy for suppliers to the Company, copies of which will be provided by the Company to Supplier upon Supplier’s request.
