Code of Business Ethics. Contractor undertakes, as a condition of its engagement, to adhere to principles and standards of business conduct consistent with those set forth in CP’s Code of Business Ethics, which is available for viewing at ▇▇▇.▇▇▇.▇▇. CP shall provide a copy of the Code of Business Ethics to Contractor upon request.
