Common use of Code of Business Ethics Clause in Contracts

Code of Business Ethics. The Contractor shall comply with section 2-8.1 of the Code requiring contractors to adopt a Code of Business Ethics. The Contractor shall adopt the Greater Miami Chamber of Commerce Model Code of Business Ethics or a similar code and shall submit, prior to the execution of the Contract, a Code of Business Ethics Affidavit, Exhibit B, attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference as if fully set forth herein stating the Contractor has adopted a Code of Business Ethics that complies with the requirements of section 2-8.1 of the Code.
