Common use of CODE OF CONDCUT Clause in Contracts

CODE OF CONDCUT. Licensee certifies that he/she has reviewed and agrees to abide by the terms of the [▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇ Residence Code of Conduct] (the “Code of Conduct”). Licensee understands that Licensor may update the Code of Conduct from time to time, with or without notice, and that the latest version of the Code of Conduct shall be found on ▇▇▇.▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇. Licensee agrees to abide by the Code of Conduct, as in effect from time to time, and hereby waives any claims or defenses it may have with respect to the lack of notice of changes to the Code of Conduct.
