Common use of Code of Conduct and Ethics Clause in Contracts

Code of Conduct and Ethics. (a) The Board and Liaison and Oversight Committee shall adopt a written Code of Conduct and Ethics for directors, officers and employees. (b) The Board and Liaison and Oversight Committee shall make a copy of the Code available to any interested parties. (c) The Board and Liaison and Oversight Committee shall describe how each monitors compliance with the code. (d) The Board and Liaison and Oversight Committee shall adopt a Code of Conduct and Ethics that is consistent with the Standards of Ethical Conduct for Public Sector Organizations. (e) The Board and Liaison and Oversight Committee shall publish its Code of Conduct and Ethics on the Western REN website.
