Common use of Code of Ethics and Business Conduct Clause in Contracts

Code of Ethics and Business Conduct. By the acceptance of this Purchase Order, Seller represents that it has not participated in any conduct in connection with this Purchase Order that violates the Buyer’s Code of Ethics and Business Conduct which is available at ▇▇▇▇://▇▇▇.▇-▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇/investor-relations/▇▇▇-english.aspx or alternatively, equivalent Business Code of Ethics of Seller. If, at any time, Buyer determines that Seller is in violation of the applicable Code of Ethics and Business Conduct, Buyer may cancel this Purchase Order upon written notice to Seller and Buyer shall have no further obligation to Seller.
