The Union and Company are committed to a workplace that provides dignity and respect to all persons, including employees and management, working at Alaska Communications. B. The Company acknowledges the IBEW Code of Excellence as the standard of behavior that the IBEW sets for its membership, just as the IBEW acknowledges the Company’s Values as guiding principles for all Company employees. C. The IBEW Code of Excellence and the Company’s Values are included in Appendix IX. D. All complaints will be treated seriously and be dealt with promptly and confidentially, in accordance with Company policy. When appropriate, the Company will provide notification to an employee that an investigation is closed. E.   • Information Technology Enterprise Architecture Requirements If this Contract involves information technology-related products or services, the Contractor agrees that all such products or services are compatible with any of the technology standards found at ▇▇▇▇▇://▇▇▇.▇▇.▇▇▇/iot/2394.htm that are applicable, including the assistive technology standard. The State may terminate this Contract for default if the terms of this paragraph are breached.

  • Flexible Working Arrangement (a) The Parties recognise the importance of flexible working arrangements and the right of Employees to make requests under section 65 of the Fair Work Act for flexible working arrangements. An Employee may request a flexible working arrangement if any of the following circumstances apply to the Employee: (i) the Employee is pregnant; (ii) the Employee is the parent, or has responsibility for the care, of a child who is of school age or younger; (iii) the Employee is a carer (within the meaning of the Carer Recognition Act 2010); (iv) the Employee has a disability; (v) the Employee is 55 or older; (vi) the Employee is experiencing violence from a member of the Employee’s family; (vii) the Employee provides care or support to a member of the Employee’s immediate family, or a member of the Employee’s household, who requires care or support because the member is experiencing violence from the member’s family.

  • Certified and Minority Business Enterprises Reports Upon Customer request, the Contractor shall report to the requesting Customer the Contractor’s spend with certified and other minority business enterprises in the provision of commodities or services related to the Customer’s orders. These reports shall include the period covered, the name, minority code, and Federal Employer Identification Number of each minority business utilized during the period; commodities and services provided by the minority business enterprise, and the amount paid to each minority business enterprise on behalf of the Customer.

  • Flexible Working Arrangements In accordance with the Employment Relations Act 2000, an employee affected by family violence may request a short-term (two months or less) variation of their employment arrangements to assist the employee to deal with the effects of family violence.
