You understand that the Financial Institution has endorsed the voluntary Canadian Code of Practice for Consumer Debit Card Services, a copy of which is available from Us on request or at www.fcac- ▇▇▇▇.▇▇.▇▇. We will be guided in the exercise of Our discretion by the principles of the Canadian Code of Practice for Consumer Debit Card Services in administering the operation of Debit Card Services, although both You and We acknowledge and agree that it is not binding for purposes of this Agreement.
