Common use of Code of Practice Clause in Contracts

Code of Practice. 6.1 The Trust agrees the Code of Practice applies to the Village and to the Trust’s activities as operator of the Village. 6.2 The Trust agrees that it will meet the requirements of the Code of Practice and shall endeavour to ensure that any obligation on the Trust to consult with residents shall be in accordance with the Code of Practice. 6.3 The Trust acknowledges that the Code of Practice is enforceable by the resident as a contract and it will prevail over any less favourable terms in this agreement.
