The Union agrees that there will be no intimidation, interference, restriction, or coercion exercised or practiced on employees of the Home by any of its members or representatives and that there will be no Union activity,solicitation for membership, or collection of dues on Home time, and no meetings on Home premises except with the permission of the Board or its desig- nated representatives.
