Common use of Coercion Clause in Contracts

Coercion. The Union agrees that there will be no intimidation, interference, restraint, or coercion exercised or practiced upon employees of the Company by any of its members or representatives. The Union further agrees that there shall be no solicitation of members, or other Union activities on the premises of the Company, or during the working hours of the employees, except as permitted by this Agreement. It is understood that no meetings of the Union or its members will be held on the premises of the Company at any time without the prior approval of the Company.

Coercion. The Union further agrees representatives and that there shall will be no union activity, solicitation for membership or collection of members, or other Union activities dues on the premises of the Company, or during the working hours of the employeesBoard time, except as permitted by otherwise provided in this Agreement. It is understood that , and no meetings on Board premises except with the permission of the Union or its members will be held on the premises of the Company at any time without the prior approval of the CompanyBoard.
