Coercive practice Clause Samples

A coercive practice clause prohibits any party from using threats, intimidation, or undue pressure to influence the actions or decisions of another party within the context of the agreement. In practice, this means that all negotiations, contract performance, and related interactions must be conducted freely and without manipulation, such as forcing a party to accept unfavorable terms under duress. The core function of this clause is to ensure fairness and voluntary participation, protecting parties from being compelled into actions against their will and thereby upholding the integrity of the contractual relationship.
