Common use of Collaborative Effort Clause in Contracts

Collaborative Effort. Lundbeck and Centaur will collaborate closely and -------------------- regularly with each other in the performance of their respective undertakings pursuant to Section 7.2, 7.3, 7.4 and 7.5 and shall provide documents in their possession which would assist the other party with respect to such obligations.
