Common use of Collaborative Meetings Clause in Contracts

Collaborative Meetings. Every three months, representatives of the Guild and the Department shall meet to discuss issues of importance to either party. The purpose of the meeting shall be to increase communication between the parties about issues of concern and to reach solutions in an informal environment. Each December the Guild President and the Chief of Police shall develop an annual schedule for the collaborative meetings. It is recognized that meetings may need to be postponed due to schedules or by mutual agreement.
