Common use of Collaborative Meetings Clause in Contracts

Collaborative Meetings. On a regular basis, as scheduled by the Association and the District, the parties shall meet to discuss problems relating to the interpretation or compliance with this Collective Bargaining Agreement and any other issues of concern to either party. Such meetings will be held as requested by either party, but the parties shall schedule at least three (3) meetings per year. If the meetings occur during the workday the employees shall suffer no loss in pay.
