Collateral Agent Agreement. Pledgor acknowledges and agrees that Pledgee, as Agent and alone, shall have the right to enforce all Lenders’ rights relating to the Collateral under the Loan Documents and under duplicate originals of all of the Loan Documents executed by the Lenders (other than the Lender) and Pledgor.
