Collateral Agent Agreement. The Borrower acknowledges and agrees that the Lender, as Agent and alone, shall have the right to enforce all Lenders’ rights relating to the Collateral under the Loan Documents and under duplicate originals of all of the Loan Documents executed by the Lenders other than the Lender. This provision shall not be included in such duplicate originals of the Loan Documents executed by the Lenders other than the Lender.
