Collateral Agent Not Liable. Neither this Pledge Agreement nor any action on the part of the Collateral Agent (other than an express written assumption) shall constitute an assumption by the Collateral Agent of any of the obligations of the Pledgor related to any of the LLC Collateral, and the Pledgor shall continue to be liable for all such obligations whether incurred before or after an Event of Default.
