Common use of Collateral Agent Clause in Contracts

Collateral Agent. Lenders and Borrower have entered into that certain Loan and Security Agreement dated as of December 30, 2016 (as amended from time to time, the “Loan Agreement”).

Collateral Agent. Lenders and Borrower have entered into that certain Loan and Security Agreement dated as of December 30August 7, 2016 2019 (as amended from time to time, the “Loan Agreement”).

Collateral Agent. Lenders and Borrower have entered into that certain Loan and Security Agreement dated as of December 30November 7, 2016 2014 (as amended from time to time, the “Loan Agreement”).

Collateral Agent. Lenders and Borrower have entered into that certain Loan and Security Agreement dated as of August 7, 2019, as amended by that certain First Amendment to Loan and Security Agreement dated as of December 306, 2016 2019 (as amended further from time to time, the “Loan Agreement”).

Collateral Agent. Existing Borrower and Lenders and Borrower have entered into that certain Loan and Security Agreement dated as of December 30February 12, 2016 2020, as amended by that certain First Amendment to Loan and Security Agreement dated as of July 3, 2022, and as amended by that certain Second Amendment to Loan and Security Agreement dated as of August 31, 2022 (as amended amended, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time, the “Loan Agreement”)) pursuant to which Lender have provided to Existing Borrower certain loans in accordance with the terms and conditions thereof.

Collateral Agent. Lenders ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ and Borrower ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ have entered into that certain Loan and Security Agreement dated as of December 30November 4, 2016 2021, as amended by that certain First Amendment to Loan and Security Agreement dated as of August 26, 2022 (as amended may be further amended, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time, the “Loan Agreement”).) pursuant to which Lenders have provided to Borrower certain loans in accordance with the terms and conditions thereof; and

Lenders and Borrower have entered into that certain Loan and Security Agreement dated as of December 30April 7, 2016 2020 (as amended by that certain First Amendment to Loan and Security Agreement dated March 30, 2021 and that certain Second Amendment to Loan and Security Agreement dated April 30, 2021, and amended or modified from time to time, the “Loan Agreement”).

Collateral Agent. Borrower and Lenders and Borrower have entered into that certain Loan and Security Agreement dated as of December 30October 29, 2016 2021, as amended by that certain Consent and First Amendment to Loan and Security Agreement dated as of July 6, 2021 (the “First Amendment”) (as amended further amended, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time, the “Loan Agreement”).) pursuant to which Lenders have provided to Borrower certain loans in accordance with the terms and conditions thereof;

Lenders and Borrower have entered into that certain Loan and Security Agreement dated as of December 30, 2016 (as amended from time to time, including by that certain First Amendment to Loan and Security Agreement dated as of April 24, 2017 and that certain Second Amendment to Loan and Security Agreement dated as of May 11, 2018, the “Loan Agreement”).

Collateral Agent. Lenders and Borrower have entered into that certain Loan and Security Agreement dated as of December 30November 18, 2016 (as amended from time to time, including but not limited to that certain First Amendment to Loan and Security Agreement dated as of June 30, 2017, the “Loan Agreement”).

Collateral Agent. Lenders and Borrower have entered into that certain Loan and Security Agreement dated as of December 30August 7, 2016 2015, which Loan and Security Agreement was amended by a First Amendment to Loan and Security Agreement dated as of February 24, 2017 and a Second Amendment to Loan and Security Agreement dated as of March 27, 2019 (as amended further amended, restated, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time, the “Loan Agreement”).

Collateral Agent. Lenders and Borrower have entered into that certain Loan and Security Agreement dated as of December 30August 7, 2016 2015, which Loan and Security Agreement was amended by a First Amendment to Loan and Security Agreement dated as of February 24, 2017 (as amended further amended, restated, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time, the “Loan Agreement”).

Collateral Agent. Lenders and Borrower have entered into that certain Loan and Security Agreement dated as of December 30April 7, 2016 2020 (as amended by that certain First Amendment to Loan and Security Agreement dated March 30, 2021, and amended or modified from time to time, the “Loan Agreement”).

Collateral Agent. Lenders and Borrower have entered into that certain Loan and Security Agreement dated as of December 30November 18, 2016 (as amended from time to time, including but not limited to that certain First Amendment to Loan and Security Agreement dated as of June 30, 2017 and that certain Second Amendment to Loan and Security Agreement dated as of October 10, 2017, the “Loan Agreement”).

Collateral Agent. Lenders and Borrower have entered into that certain Loan and Security Agreement dated as of December 30April 7, 2016 2020 (as amended or modified from time to time, the “Loan Agreement”).

Collateral Agent. Lenders and Borrower have entered into that certain Loan and Security Agreement dated as of December 30October 17, 2016 2014 (as amended from time to time, including but without limitation by that certain First Amendment to Loan and Security Agreement dated as of November 14, 2014, the “Loan Agreement”).

Collateral Agent. Lenders and Borrower have entered into that certain Loan and Security Agreement dated as of August 7, 2019, as amended by that certain First Amendment to Loan and Security Agreement dated as of December 306, 2016 2019, as amended further by that certain Second Amendment to Loan and Security Agreement dated as of February 18, 2020 (as amended further from time to time, the “Loan Agreement”).

Lenders and Borrower have entered into that certain Loan and Security Agreement dated as of December 30July 28, 2016 (as amended from time to time, including by that certain First Amendment to Loan and Security Agreement dated as of February 28, 2018 and that certain Second Amendment to Loan and Security Agreement dated as of November 1, 2018, collectively, the “Loan Agreement”).

Lenders and Borrower have entered into that certain Loan and Security Agreement dated as of December 30September 26, 2016 2014 (as amended from time to time, including by that certain First Amendment to Loan and Security Agreement dated as of June 17, 2015, collectively the “Loan Agreement”).

Collateral Agent. Lenders and Borrower have entered into that certain Amended and Restated Loan and Security Agreement dated as of December 30September 26, 2016 2014 (as amended from time to time, including but without limitation by that certain First Amendment to Amended and Restated Loan and Security Agreement dated as of August 14, 2015 and that certain Consent and Second Amendment to Amended and Restated Loan and Security Agreement dated as of September 18, 2015, the “Loan Agreement”).

Collateral Agent. Lenders and Borrower have entered into that certain Loan and Security Agreement dated as of December 30March 19, 2016 2021 (as amended by that certain Joinder and First Amendment to Loan and Security Agreement dated as of September 7, 2021, and as may be further amended, restated, amended and restated, supplemented, or otherwise modified from time to time, the “Loan Agreement”). Lenders have extended credit to Borrower for the purposes permitted in the Loan Agreement.

Lenders and Borrower have entered into that certain Loan and Security Agreement dated as of December 30September 26, 2016 2014 (as amended from time to time, including by that certain First Amendment to Loan and Security Agreement dated as of June 17, 2015 and that certain Second Amendment to Loan and Security Agreement dated as of September 15, 2015, collectively the “Loan Agreement”).

Collateral Agent. Lenders and Borrower have entered into that certain Loan and Security Agreement dated as of December 30January 6, 2016 2017, as amended by that certain First Amendment to Loan and Security Agreement dated as of March 9, 2017 (as amended from time to time, the “Loan Agreement”).

Collateral Agent. Lenders and Borrower have entered into that certain Loan and Security Agreement dated as of December June 30, 2016 2014 (as amended from time to time, including but without limitation by that certain First Amendment to Loan and Security Agreement dated as of December 18, 2014, the “Loan Agreement”).

Collateral Agent. Lenders and Borrower have entered into that certain Loan and Security Agreement dated as of December 30July 28, 2016 (as amended from time to time, including by that certain First Amendment to Loan and Security Agreement dated as of February 28, 2018, collectively, the “Loan Agreement”).

Lenders and Borrower have entered into that certain Loan and Security Agreement dated as of December June 30, 2016 2014, as amended by that certain First Amendment to Loan and Security Agreement dated as of January 30, 2015 and that certain Second Amendment to Loan and Security Agreement dated as of September 29, 2015 (as amended the same may from time to timetime be amended, modified, supplemented or restated, the “Loan Agreement”).

Borrower and Lenders and Borrower have entered into that certain Loan and Security Agreement dated as of December 30October 29, 2016 2021 (as amended amended, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time, without limitation, by that certain First Amendment to Loan and Security Agreement dated as of February 17, 2022 and that certain Second Amendment to Loan and Security Agreement dated as of October 17, 2022, collectively, the “Loan Agreement”).) pursuant to which Lenders have provided to Borrower certain loans in accordance with the terms and conditions thereof; and

Lenders and Borrower have entered into that certain Loan and Security Agreement dated as of December 30January 6, 2016 2017 (as amended from time to time, including but without limitation by that certain First Amendment to Loan and Security Agreement dated as of April 26, 2017, the “Loan Agreement”).
