Common use of Collateral Agent’s Fees and Expenses; Indemnification Clause in Contracts

Collateral Agent’s Fees and Expenses; Indemnification. The parties hereto agree that the Collateral Agent shall be entitled to reimbursement of its expenses incurred hereunder as provided in the Indenture.

Collateral Agent’s Fees and Expenses; Indemnification. The parties hereto agree that the Collateral Agent and the other Secured Parties shall be entitled to reimbursement of its expenses incurred hereunder as provided in the IndentureLoan Documents.

(a) The parties hereto agree that the Collateral Agent shall be entitled to reimbursement of its reasonable and documented out-of-pocket expenses incurred hereunder as to the extent provided in Section 9.05 of the IndentureCredit Agreement. (b) The parties hereto agree that the Collateral Agent shall be entitled to the benefits of, and the Grantors shall jointly and severally have the indemnification obligations to the same extent as the Borrowers as described in Section 9.05 of the Credit Agreement.
