Common use of Collateral Information Certificate Clause in Contracts

Other than as provided in this First Amendment, each Loan Party hereby acknowledges, confirms and agrees the disclosures and information provided to the Administrative Agent in each Collateral Information Certificate delivered on the Closing Date have not changed, as of the date hereof.
