Common use of Collateral Information Certificate Clause in Contracts

Collateral Information Certificate. The Administrative Agent shall have received a certificate of each Loan Party, dated the First Amendment Effective Date and executed by a Responsible Officer of such Loan Party, substantially in the same form as the Collateral Information Certificate delivered to the Administrative Agent on the Closing Date.
