Common use of Collateral Records Clause in Contracts

Collateral Records. Such Grantor will maintain complete and accurate (in all material respects) books and records with respect to the Collateral and, following the occurrence and during the continuation of an Event of Default, furnish to the Administrative Agent, such reports relating to the Collateral as the Administrative Agent shall from time to time reasonably request.
