Collateral Report. Concurrently with the delivery of the financial statements required to be delivered pursuant to Section 11.7 (a) and (b), a schedule (substantially in the form set forth on Schedule 11.7(j)) which lists by type and Book Value (i) all of the assets of the Company and its Consolidated Subsidiaries, (ii) all of the assets of the Company and its Consolidated Subsidiaries which are subject to the Lien of the Collateral Documents, (iii) all of the assets which are owned by a Pledge LLC, and (iv) all of the assets which are neither subject to the Lien of the Collateral Documents nor owned by a Pledge LLC;
