Common use of Collateral Sub-Agents Clause in Contracts

Collateral Sub-Agents. Each Lender by its execution and delivery of this Agreement agrees, as contemplated by Section 4.03 of the Security Agreement, that, in the event it shall hold any Permitted Investments referred to therein, such Permitted Investments shall be held in the name and under the control of such Lender, and such Lender shall hold such Permitted Investments as a collateral sub-agent for the Administrative Agent thereunder. Borrower by its execution and delivery of this Agreement hereby consents to the foregoing.

Collateral Sub-Agents. Each Lender by its execution and delivery of this Agreement agrees, as contemplated by Section 4.03 10(g) of the Security Agreement, that, in the event it shall hold any Permitted Investments referred to therein, such Permitted Investments shall be held in the name and under the control of such Lender, and such Lender shall hold such Permitted Investments as a collateral sub-agent for the Administrative Agent thereunder. Borrower Each Obligor by its execution and delivery of this Agreement hereby consents to the foregoing.

Collateral Sub-Agents. Each Lender Bank by its execution and delivery of this Agreement agrees, as contemplated by Section 4.03 of the Security Agreement, that, in the event it shall hold any Permitted Investments referred to therein, such Permitted Investments shall be held in the name and under the control of such LenderBank, and such Lender Bank shall hold such Permitted Investments as a collateral sub-agent for the Administrative Agent thereunder. Borrower The Company by its execution and delivery of this Agreement hereby consents to the foregoing.

Borrower The Company by its execution and delivery of this Agreement hereby consents to the foregoing.

Borrower The Company by its execution and delivery of this Agreement hereby consents to the foregoing.

Borrower Borrowers by its their execution and delivery of this Agreement hereby consents to the foregoing.

The Borrower by its execution and delivery of this Agreement hereby consents to the foregoing.
