Common use of Collect Accounts Clause in Contracts

Collect Accounts. Notify (whether in its own name or in the name of the Borrower) the account debtors under any Accounts of the Borrower of the assignment of such Accounts to the Administrative Agent and direct such account debtors to make payment of all amounts due or to become due to the Borrower with respect to such Accounts directly to the Administrative Agent and, upon such notification and at the expense of the Borrower, enforce collection of any such Accounts, and adjust, settle or compromise the amount or payment of such Accounts, in such manner and to such extent as the Administrative Agent deems appropriate in the circumstances.
