Common use of Collection Agent Fee Clause in Contracts

Collection Agent Fee. A Collection Agent Fee equal to 2.00% per annum, which fee shall be remitted by the Purchasers to the Collection Agent. If a Diamond Shamrock Entity is acting as the Collection Agent, then the Collection Agent shall retain an amount equal to the Collection Agent Fee (in full satisfaction of the payment of such fee to the Collection Agent) out of amounts required to be remitted by the Collection Agent in accordance with Section 7.2.2(b)(i).

Collection Agent Fee. A Collection Agent Fee equal to 2.001.00% per annumannum on the Purchaser's average outstanding Investment, which fee shall be remitted by the Purchasers to the Collection Agent. If a Diamond Shamrock Entity is acting as the Collection Agent, then the Collection Agent shall retain an amount equal to the Collection Agent Fee (in full satisfaction of the payment of such fee to the Collection Agent) out of amounts required to be remitted by the Collection Agent in accordance with Section 7.2.2(b)(i).
