Common use of Collection Agent Fee Clause in Contracts

Collection Agent Fee. The Collection Agent shall be paid a collection fee (the "Collection Agent Fee") of 1% per annum on the average daily amount of the Total Aggregate Capital payable monthly in arrears on each Settlement Date. The Collection Agent Fee shall be payable only from Collections pursuant to, and subject to the priority of payment set forth in, Section 2.04.

Collection Agent Fee. The A Collection Agent Fee equal to -------------------- 1.0% per annum, which fee shall be remitted by the Purchaser to the Collection Agent. If the Seller is acting as the Collection Agent, then the Collection Agent shall be paid a collection fee (retain an amount equal to the "Collection Agent Fee") of 1% per annum on the average daily amount of the Total Aggregate Capital payable monthly in arrears on each Settlement Date. The Collection Agent Fee shall be payable only from Collections pursuant to, and subject (in full satisfaction of the payment of such fee to the priority Collection Agent) out of payment set forth in, amounts required to be remitted by the Collection Agent in accordance with Section 2.047.2.2 (b)(i).

Collection Agent Fee. The A Collection Agent Fee equal to 1.0% -------------------- per annum, which fee shall be remitted by the Purchaser to the Collection Agent. If the Originator is acting as the Collection Agent, then the Collection Agent shall be paid a collection fee (retain an amount equal to the "Collection Agent Fee") of 1% per annum on the average daily amount of the Total Aggregate Capital payable monthly in arrears on each Settlement Date. The Collection Agent Fee shall be payable only from Collections pursuant to, and subject (in full satisfaction of the payment of such fee to the priority Collection Agent) out of payment set forth in, amounts required to be remitted by the Collection Agent in accordance with Section 2.047.2.2(b)(i).

Collection Agent Fee. Notwithstanding anything contained in this Section 6.06 to the contrary, the Collection Agent Fee payable hereunder shall be reduced to the extent and in the amount of the "Collection Agent Fee" paid to the Collection Agent under the Primary Purchase Agreement.

The Collection Agent shall be paid a collection fee (the "“Collection Agent Fee"”) of 1% per annum on the average daily amount of the Total Aggregate Capital Outstanding Balance of all Pool Receivables payable monthly in arrears on each Settlement Date. The Collection Agent Fee shall be payable only from Collections pursuant to, and subject to the priority of payment set forth in, Section 2.04. (v) Section 7.01(j) of the Primary Purchase Agreement is hereby amended to read in its entirety as follows:

The If Interface or the Seller is acting as the Collection Agent, the Collection Agent shall retain an amount equal to the Collection Agent Fee shall be payable only from Collections pursuant to, and subject (in full satisfaction of the payment of such fee to the priority Collection Agent) out of payment set forth in, amounts required to be remitted by the Collection Agent in accordance with Section 2.047.2.2(b).

Collection Agent Fee. The Collection Agent shall be paid a collection fee (the "“Collection Agent Fee"”) of 1% per annum on the average daily amount of the Total Aggregate Capital Outstanding Balance of all Pool Receivables payable monthly in arrears on each Settlement Date. The Collection Agent Fee shall be payable only from Collections pursuant to, and subject to the priority of payment set forth in, Section 2.04.

Collection Agent Fee. The Collection Agent shall be paid entitled to receive a collection fee (the "Collection Agent Fee") of 1one-twelfth of 1.50% per annum month on the average daily amount Aggregate Capital from the date of the Total first Transfer of Receivables until the date on which such Aggregate Capital is reduced to zero, payable monthly in arrears on each Settlement Date. The Collection Agent Fee shall be payable only solely from Collections pursuant to, and subject to the priority of payment set forth in, Section 2.041.03.
