Common use of Collection Agent Fee Clause in Contracts

Collection Agent Fee. On or before the twentieth day of each calendar month, the Seller shall pay to the Collection Agent a fee for the immediately preceding calendar month as compensation for its services (the "Collection Agent Fee") equal to (a) at all times the Initial Collection Agent or an Affiliate of the Initial Collection Agent is the Collection Agent, the Seller Servicing Fee, the sufficiency of which is hereby acknowledged, and (b) at all times any other Person is the Collection Agent, the Outside Servicing Fee. The Agent may, with the consent of the Instructing Group, pay the Collection Agent Fee to the Collection Agent from the Sold Interest in Collections. The Seller shall be obligated to reimburse any such payment to the extent required by Section 1.5 or 2.
