Common use of Collection Efforts, Modification of Collateral Portfolio Clause in Contracts

Collection Efforts, Modification of Collateral Portfolio. The Collateral Manager will use its commercially reasonable efforts and judgment to collect or cause to be collected, all payments called for under the terms and provisions of the Loan Assets included in the Collateral Portfolio as and when the same become due, all in accordance with the Collateral Management Standard. The Collateral Manager may not waive, modify or otherwise vary any provision of an item of Collateral Portfolio in any manner contrary to the Collateral Management Standard or that is inconsistent with Section 5.02(s).
