Common use of Collection of Fees Clause in Contracts

Collection of Fees. In consultation with the County Fire Marshal or the Permitting Division Director in the Department of Local Services, the Service Provider shall establish an annual fee schedule that does not exceed the County’s fee schedule. The Service Provider shall be responsible for assessing and collecting any and all fees charged under the Program and shall have the authority to retain and expend all fees collected under this Agreement.
