Common use of Collection of Fees Clause in Contracts

Collection of Fees. The Operator is responsible on behalf of the Authority for collecting from Users all ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇, Wharfage Fees and other charges imposed by the Authority from time to time as provided in the Fee Schedule which may be amended, revoked, replaced or otherwise altered by the Authority at any time. The Fee Schedule can be found at the Authority website: ▇▇▇▇://▇▇▇.▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇. The amounts of the Berthage fees, Wharfage fees and other charges are assessed in accordance with the Fee Schedule as of the date of service. ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇ and Wharfage Fees are subject to the terms and conditions of Subsection 10.3 of this Tariff.
